Josh Sokal and Ernest Dollar founded BB Studios LLC in 1998 because they love art and history. Since then, BB Studios has become an accomplished video production company that specializes in documentaries and educational videos. Based in the heart of North Carolina, they have worked with institutions and communities to bring their stories to life, uniting artists and scholars to ensure that each project has a high degree of historical authenticity and beauty.

BB Studios LLC is a full service video production company. From developing script ideas, to shooting and editing, we help bring your vision to life. We create high definition videos for DVD's, exhibits, and web streaming. We are primarily a project based studio, but also offer hourly and daily rates for camera work.

In addition, BB Studios provides digitization services to organizations seeking to preserve analog video and audio recordings. All magnetic tapes (VHS videotape, audio cassettes, etc.) fade over time. We can help make those documents permanent.
